Marion Center Area SD is using Comply to track the Annual Reporting Arrests and Convictions (Act 24) in accordance with the Act 24 of 2011- Pennsylvania Public School Code.

This item requires each employee to review the Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form and complete a Questionnaire annually.  

Additionally, Act 24 requires that all school employees complete and return to their school administrator the PDE Form 6004 (attached PDF available in compliance item) within 72 hours of any arrest or conviction of an offense listed in Section 111(e).  If this applies to a staff member now or at any time in the future, they can print and complete the Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (PDE Form 6004) and submit to their district's Central Office.
