This request item can be utilized by teachers to register for a specific upcoming inservice event. Once registered and approved, the teacher is required to return to the item following the event to submit feedback about the inservice. Once the follow-up is submitted and approved, Act 48 hours are submitted directly to PERMS. Throughout the process, the teacher receives email updates. At any time, the teacher can log into Comply, access his or her My Request page, and see the current status of their submission. All completed questionnaires are documented within the system and, if desired, can be printed by the employee and/or administrators. In addition, a usage report is available to supervisors and administrators that lists all individual responses from the professional development feedback form.
