This item can be utilized by employees to request a Work Order. The request includes a questionnaire or form that the employee completes, indicating the specific details of the work order. Once the request is submitted, supervisors and administrators facilitate a chain of approval.  Following the completion of the work order, the employee is required to return to the item to submit a satisfaction survey. Throughout the process, the employee receives email updates.  At any time, the employee can log into Comply, access his or her My Request page, and see the current status of their word order request. All completed questionnaires/forms and uploaded evidence are documented within the system and, if desired, can be printed by the employees and/or administrators.
