This request item can be utilized by teachers to submit feedback following attendance at a specific inservice event. The process includes a professional development questionnaire that the educator completes. Once the request has been submitted and approved, Act 48 hours are submitted directly to PERMS. Throughout the process, the teacher receives email updates. At any time, the teacher can log into Comply, access his or her My Request page, and see the current status of their submission. All completed questionnaires are documented within the system and, if desired, can be printed by the employee and/or administrators. In addition, a usage report is available to supervisors and administrators that lists all individual responses from the professional development feedback form.
