How are you managing field trip, conference, credit approval, transportation requests and work orders? Comply allows you to facilitate all of these requests with an easy-to-use, paperless, electronic tool named Requests.

How Requests Work

Upon logging in to Comply, available requests are listed and requirements are identified, including forms to be completed and/or applicable items to upload (i.e., receipts for reimbursement, follow-up forms, documents, etc.). Employees select and begin their Request and submit for approval. It’s as simple as that! The approval process, the forms and the flow can be completely customized by the school district/organization. Approvers and employees are notified when an item is sent or approved via email, and real-time updates are provided along the way.

Types of Requests

The types of Requests that a district can build inside Comply are unlimited. Typical Requests include:

  • Field Trip Requests
  • Conference Requests
  • Credit Approval Requests
  • Transportation Requests
  • Work Order Requests
  • Requisition Requests
  • Requests for Act 48 Hours
  • Comp Time Requests
  • Flex Hour Requests
  • Requests for Paraeducator Hours

Request and Professional Development/Act 48

The Request feature of Comply can also be used to pre-register for in-service events. Teachers can view available professional development offerings and sign up to attend in advance. Organizers can then print attendance rosters. If desired, teachers can also be required to return to the item and provide follow-up feedback regarding the in-service. Once completed/approved, Act 48 hours are submitted directly to PERMS. If pre-registration is not necessary for an event, teachers can simply log into Comply following an in-service and indicate what sessions they attended and provide feedback. Once completed and approved, Act 48 hours are submitted directly to PERMS.
