Duplicating a Template
To use a Template, first locate the desired Template then click Actions --> Duplicate. Once duplicated, the Template can be customized to meet the unique needs of your organization.
Note - When duplicating a Template, you will be given an opportunity to change the name of the item to what best suits your organization. In addition, some Templates include questionnaires or forms that are designed to gather information from users. When duplicating a Template that has a built in questionnaire, you will be given an opportunity to rename the questionnaire, use a different questionnaire, or not use the templated questionnaire.
Note - Just like duplicated Templates, questionnaires that are copied over from Templates can be customized as well. To customize a questionnaire, go to the Questionnaire Management menu item on the left. Locate the questionnaire and click Actions --> Edit.
