Example Workflow - Once the compliance item has been assigned to employees, clear and concise instructions are included in the item to guide employees to complete the free, self-paced, online training through SAS. Once the course has been completed employees then return to Comply to upload their certificate as evidence to this item as proof of completion. When the compliance item is submitted by the employee, the district office facilitate a chain of approval and the item is complete.
Important Note - All completed questionnaires/forms and uploaded evidence are documented within the system and, if desired, can be printed by the employee and/or administrators.
