Please be aware that Comply has been enhanced with additional security measures. Due to these changes, all users will need to reset their password on or after July 15, 2024.

There are several options to login to Comply:

Option 1: Single Sign-On (SSO) - With the updates to COMPLY, Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available.  Currently, SSO for Microsoft and Google are supported.  Additional SSO options will be added in the future.  If your district uses SSO for Microsoft or Google, please encourage your users to use the SSO links when logging on.  Users logging on with SSO will NOT need to reset their password. 


Option 2: Username/Password This method will require you to reset your password. Please follow the steps below for guidance. 
 
 
Step 1 - Click “Reset Your Password”


Note -  If you don't see the new login screen below, refresh your page.  



 
Step 2 -  Enter your email address
 
 
Step 3 - Click Submit. You will see a “Success” notification in the top right corner of the screen
 
 

 
Step 4 - Find the email that was sent to you from no_reply@mail.edulinkinc.com. If you do not see it, confirm that you have entered the correct email address, or check your spam folder.
 
Note - Click on the link provided in the email:

 
 
Step 5 -  The link will take you to a page to reset your password. Please enter your email address under “Username”, and type your NEW password under "Password", then re-type your NEW password under "Confirm Password" to confirm this change.

Important Notes:

  • Password requirements: 1 capital letter, 1 lower case, 1 number, 1 special character (minimum 8 characters and no max limit).
  • If you do not enter the same exact password in both the "Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes, or your new password does not meet ALL of the requirements as stated above, the "Submit" button will remain grayed out and you will not be able to submit your password change attempt.


 
 
 
Step 6 - After the new password is entered, you will be taken back to the login page, and a success notification is in the top right corner. You can now login with your Edulink credentials (username and NEW password). 

Note - You can now select the "Remember Me"  feature to save you time from logging back in.
