When the time comes for an event where you will use support from Volunteers, Comply makes it easy for you to see at a glance which of your volunteers are in full Compliance and ready to support your event.  The In Compliance Report in the Reporting section is your go-to location to determine whether or not a volunteer is in compliance.  This report is live and updates in real time as volunteers complete their items and are approved, as well as if any items become out of compliance. To eliminate any potential confusion, ONLY volunteers who are in Compliance and ready to volunteer will show on this report.

How to access the In Compliance Report

The In Compliance Report can be found in the left side Reporting menu.  This menu and the included report is only available to Administrator, Supervisor, and Limited Supervisor users.  To access the report, click "Reporting" on the left, and then the "View" button to the right side of the screen next to the "In Compliance Report".

How to use the In Compliance Report

Before you can see which users who are in Compliance, you first need to select which Item Packet you wish to view the volunteers from - meaning, which group of volunteers/volunteer requirements you are looking for.

Once you've selected the Item Packet you wish to view the Volunteers for, they will automatically display below.

From here, you can search by a specific Volunteer's name, narrow down the list by Volunteer Area, print and export the list, including the currently active filtered view.

Note - the report that you can export and print will include volunteers' email addresses, which you can use to reach out to prospective volunteers for a particular event.
